We are happy to appoint you as Authorized dealer for the Area condition. under following terms and

1. You have to submit a Refundable security deposit of INR against the dealership offered to you for which you will be paid an annual interest of 9.75% annually. The amount will be deposited in company till you are associated with organization, further if there is any dispute and you want to surrender the dealership the locking period is minimum 6 months from the date of dealer appointment after which the amount will be released, If the dealer closes dealership contract within 1 Year of time there will not be any interest paid on the said amount.

2. Once the Security is deposited you will get a DSA (Dealer Sales Associate) which dealer has to appoint himself but the salary will be paid INR 8000/- Per month as stipend to DSA by the Company with the target of DSA for 1000 Box sales of Edible oil per month. The salary will be credited in dealer account only once the secondary target met (Report has to submitted by dealer signed by the authorized Representative of the company).

3. All Necessary Promotional material will be provided by company time to time.

4. You will be informed about the company promotions by the field staff on regular interval if any offer is valid on company behalf.

5. If the dealer has not submitted the Security amount company will hold no liability of DSA and no payment will be made to DSA.

6. Dealer will be given field support and they will work as per there tour program and will work as bridge between company and dealer.

7. No cash payment is accepted, all the transaction has to be done online thru bank in company account.

8. If you have got stock stuck in your Go down for more then 3 months without any movement you are requested to inform company in written, further failing in same company will not take responsibility after damage and expiry.

9. All relevant claims like Damage and expiry will be settled every quarterly.
